Fill out Student Schedule Form (needs to be updated for every informational interview)

Day of the Informational Interview


Dress appropriately – business casual if in doubt

Pick up your pass in the Main Office to excuse you from class 

Take your Informational Interview Questions and your Informational Interview Student Experience Sheet along to your informational interview 

Arrive on time; conduct yourself in a professional manner

Introduce yourself & thank your informational interview mentor for sharing their time

 

After the Informational Interview


Fill out Informational Interview Student Experience Form or bring in your Informational Interview Student Experience Sheet for a photocopy (needs to be completed for every informational interview)

Write a Thank You note for you informational interview mentor (needs to be completed for every informational interview)

  • Give to your informational interview mentor when you leave 
  • Mail to your informational interview mentor
  • Email, if you have informational interview mentor’s contact information
  • Give to Mrs. Sternweis to mail to informational interview mentor


Complete Student Survey after completing informational interview (needs to be completed for every informational interview)
